精選魚翅、日本干貝、刺參、栗子、鵪鶉蛋、干貝、豬蹄筋、豬肚、芋頭、排骨等十餘種頂級食材,遵循御膳古法,與費時熬製的高湯一同入罈慢慢煨煮,重現傳統年菜令人感動的美味。

*淨重:約1600公克±300公克(約4~6人份)

*成分:金山勾魚翅、日本干貝、鵪鶉蛋、豬肚、豬蹄筋、排骨、芋頭、花菇

*保存期限:兩天

*保存方法:當日食用未完時,請在徹底放涼後,連同鍋蓋一併置入冰箱7℃以下冷藏;隔餐復熱時請務必充分加熱,並盡快於期限內食用完畢。
