嚴選本地CAS電宰黑毛豬三層肉,並佐以獨家配料:低鹽+23種天然香料+原粒黑胡椒醃製而成,再以古法碳烤逼出多餘油脂,不添加防腐劑及化學添加物。肥厚適中、越嚼越香,全家人開胃又下飯,更是理想的下酒菜,美味大大超越一般市售鹹豬肉。

*食用方法:放置冷藏庫或室溫下解凍至完全退冰,用平底鍋煎熱或放入烤箱烤熱再切片佐以蒜片及沾著白醋食用風味絕佳;亦可切片與蔥蒜一同下鍋熱炒,食用時無須再添加任何調味料。
