Membership Terms and Conditions
reallygoodseafood.com (hereafter referred to as "this Website") is operated and provided by Really Good Seafood Restaurant – 冠好股份有限公司Guan Hao Co., Ltd. (hereafter collectively referred to as "the Company"). The services provided by this Website are governed by this Membership Service Agreement, other published announcements, usage regulations, and notices on this Website (collectively referred to as "this Agreement"). The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the rights of members using the services of this Website and to define the mutual rights and obligations between the Company and its members.
By receiving a membership confirmation email and successfully completing your membership registration, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including all current and future services provided under it.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. All modifications will be announced on the "Membership Benefits" section of the Website without individual notification. Your continued use of the Website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any part of the Agreement or subsequent updates, you should cease using the service immediately.
If you are under the age of 20, your legal guardian must agree to the terms before you can register. All actions taken by minors using this service are assumed to have received prior consent from their legal guardian.

You are responsible for selecting and maintaining your password.
All actions taken with your account and password will be considered as made by you personally.

If you disclose your password or personal data to others, you assume full responsibility for any consequences.
False or incorrect registration information can result in account suspension or termination.
If using a credit card, all details must be accurate and authorized. Unauthorized use will result in suspension and possible legal action.

Natural disasters or force majeure.

For foreseeable maintenance interruptions, the Company will announce them in advance. Services are provided "as is," with no warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted access.
8. Termination of Membership and Notification Obligations
If you:
Register with false information,
Engage in unauthorized credit card use,
Maliciously return goods without cause,
Make unreasonable service claims,
Or otherwise violate the intent or spirit of these terms,
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership without prior approval or further liability.
