平日裡就很熱門的外帶鍋品,特選排翅、放山土雞、金華火腿及多種珍貴食材,經過十餘小時的煲煮而成,魚翅的軟嫩Q彈與雞湯的清爽滑順,令人意猶未盡。

*淨重:約3000公克±300公克(810人份)

*成分:老母雞、金華火腿、金山勾魚翅、純淨水

*保存期限:兩天

*保存方法:當日食用未完時,請在徹底放涼後,連同鍋蓋一併置入冰箱7℃以下冷藏;隔餐復熱時請務必充分加熱,並盡快於期限內食用完畢。

*食用方法:趁熱食用,風味最佳。
